The Standard, 1.5 miles aprox. away from the campus

Hello!
I'm looking for a student to take over my lease for the next academic year, starting in the fall semester (August 2025), at The Standard, a student-only apartment complex located approximately 1.5 miles from campus. The apartment will be...
shared with three other students. It has two bathrooms, four bedrooms, and is fully furnished. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a very spacious closet, a five-tiered dresser, a desk, and a bedside table. The apartment has a laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a 50-inch TV and PlayStation 5. The bathroom has two sinks and is shared with one of the roommates. The apartment is located on the third floor with a balcony overlooking the pool, almost behind the Jumbotron. It also has a minibar so you can keep your favorite drinks cold and ready to drink. All my roommates are tidy and clean. It's a great place to live, with a lot of amenities and frequent events. Contact me if you'd like more information. The apartment is $999 per person per month, plus water, electricity, and sewer (divided among four people). It's also important to mention that the complex has ample parking lot and a bike cage to keep your bike secure. As an incentive, I offer $200 to whoever takes my contract.

The most important amenities of this complex are a private shuttle service to campus every 30 minutes, swimming pool, gym, Tucson's largest Jumbotron, an Amazon Hub Locker, Jacuzzi, sauna, and a study room with free printing. Nachos, espresso machine, kombucha/margaritas, and free popcorn are available 24/7.
