The District on 5th. Sublet for 2025 fall. 1 year lease. $1050/mo $1500 cash incentive!!

Please go to District on 5th website and to get a feel for the place. A sublet lease is required. This is a 4x2 unit. 3 college BOYS Juniors next year occupy the other 3 rooms. 1 unit is available. Will share bathroom with 1 other. He is... pretty neat. All of the occupants are pretty neat. Not an animal house. Cook and clean up after yourself. Share refrigerator space. All boys came from out of state. Very friendly. Like sports. Play golf together. They all go out and socialize together. Non smoking and light drinkers, not over the top. Balance school and social life well. The occupant leaving is transferring schools for his major. They usually hop on the Sunlink light rail to take to campus. Very convenient and is quick. Doesn't add much time to commute. Can walk or ride bike of course. Right off of 4th ave for restaurants/bars and easy to university ave. Please go to apartment website to learn more and see pics. My son didn't provide a pic of the kitchen but is a decent size with island stove and dishwasher. Laundry is in closet just off the kitchen. Will consider partial leases if you will not be there the entire school year but prefer 1 year lease. The District on 5th pro rates the rent so it is spread out over 12 months, even though most students only live there 9 months. Please call or text. I often don't answer my phone if at work, but can text and can set up a time to talk. I live in Phoenix but can drive down to show the apartment if serious. There is a bed and desk in bedroom. Closet and small storage. Can keep the mini fridge if want.
