Sunshine City Studio

Enjoy everything Tucson has to offer in our clean & cozy studio guest house! Located in historic West University, we are walking distance to the U of A, Downtown and 4th Ave, Banner University Medical Center and more. The nearest Sun Link... Streetcar & Tugo Bike Share Station are only 2 1/2 blocks away.

Our charming guesthouse is fully furnished, including linens and towels. All utilities are included in the monthly rent, even secure Wifi.

Backyard is shared with main house tenant. We have lots of pollinator plants and 2 lovely hammocks to swing in under the bistro lights. Composting is available if you would like to participate.

Laundry facilities are in the backyard and are also shared. The use of our grey water system is optional depending on your preferred detergent.

Please note, the guesthouse does not have a full kitchen, it is a well appointed kitchenette. The unit has a full sized fridge, the photo shows a small fridge that since been replaced.

For more photos, details and guest reviews (we are former super hosts from our Air BnB days!), please search on AirBnB for the Sunshine City Studio (this site won't let us post the link to our listing). Unit is currently occupied, we will be able to show the space beginning late July 2026. Please note, we are giving this guesthouse a facelift, pictures will be updated! New mattress, pillows, decor coming soon. Cheers!
