Sunshine City Studio

Enjoy everything Tucson has to offer in our clean & cozy studio guest house! Located in historic West University, we are walking distance to the U of A, Downtown and 4th Ave, Banner University Medical Center and more. The nearest Sun Link... Streetcar & Tugo Bike Share Station are only 2 1/2 blocks away.
Our charming guesthouse is fully furnished, including linens and towels. All utilities are included in the monthly rent, even secure Wifi. Backyard is shared with another tenant and his friendly pup. We have lots of pollinator plants and 2 lovely hammocks to swing in under the bistro lights. Laundry facilities are in the backyard and are also shared. Please note, the guesthouse does not have a full kitchen, it is a kitchenette. The unit has a full sized fridge, the photo shows a small fridge that since been replaced. No tobacco smoking on property, 420 friendly.
