Sunshine City Studio

Enjoy everything Tucson has to offer in our clean & cozy studio guest house! Located in historic West University, we are walking distance to the U of A, Downtown and 4th Ave, Banner University Medical Center and more. The nearest Sun Link... Streetcar & Tugo Bike Share Station are only 2 1/2 blocks away.
Our charming guesthouse is fully furnished, including linens and towels. All utilities are included in the monthly rent, even secure Wifi. Backyard is shared with us and our adorable pups. We have lots of pollinator plants and 2 lovely hammocks to swing in under the bistro lights. Laundry facilities are in the backyard and are also shared. Please note, the guesthouse does not have a full kitchen, it is a kitchenette. The unit has a full sized fridge, the photo shows a small fridge that since been replaced. No tobacco smoking on property, 420 friendly.
We are flexible with the lease depending on what is needed, minimum is 6 months. For more photos, details and guest reviews (we are former superhosts from our Air BnB days!), please search on AirBnB for the Sunshine City Studio (this site won't let us post the link to our listing). We are also available for on site visits most days, call or email to schedule. Unit is currently occupied, will need to provide ample notice before showing the indoor space.
