Enjoy everything Tucson has to offer in our clean and cozy Spanish bungalow! Located in historic West University, we are walking distance to the U of A, Downtown and 4th Ave, Banner University Medical Center and more. The nearest Sun Link Street... Car & Tugo Bike Share Station are only 2 1/2 blocks away.
Our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom Spanish Bungalow was built in 1928 and is filled with original charm. The primary room at the front of the house sleeps 2 with a king sized bed. The second room has a full sized bed as well as corner desk with extra computer screens. Both mattresses are memory foam. Both rooms have ample closet space. The bathroom is a full bathroom with tub/shower. The kitchen is well appointed with anything a home cook needs, including a well stocked pantry. Please note, the stove/oven and dishwasher are both “apartment sized”.
Central AC/heat keeps things comfortable inside, as well as space heaters.
The shared backyard has a firepit with plenty of firewood, 2 hammocks and BBQ. Regular watering/maintenance provided.
Private parking is available in the back lot. There is also ample street parking available without a permit in front of our address.
Laundry facilities are on-site, in the backyard.
Please note, this is a short term lease with availability beginning 3/1/25. We are looking for someone to rent for no longer than 6 months as the house needs to be available by 9/1. Willing to entertain 2-6 month lease options that are flexible for everyone.
