Student Friendly House, Utilies included! (2 beds)

Hey! I’m looking for **two roommates** to share the master bedroom in a super cozy, updated mid-century house near Reid Park in central Tucson. The place has a really warm, lived-in feel—wood floors, lots of natural light from skylights and bay... windows, and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and custom cabinets. There’s a big front porch that’s great for morning coffee, and a backyard with shade, desert plants, and a patio that’s perfect for hanging out or winding down at the end of the day. Rent is **$600 each**, and you’d have your own private bathroom. The neighborhood’s quiet, walkable, and super close to the UA, downtown, and parks. I’m hoping to find two clean, easygoing people who’ll treat the house like a home. If that sounds like your vibe, shoot me a message!
