Rosco’s Ranch Guest House

Rosco’s Ranch Guest House is our just remodeled 800 Sq Ft fully furnished turnkey ready (this means all linens and kitchenware are included in the rent, and so are utilities!) original ranch cabin from the 1940s, with loads of charm and a back patio... looking out onto our horse turnout.
The house is located in the middle of our 5 acre property in a quiet suburban neighborhood in West Tucson, about 10 miles from UA campus.
We live in the front of our suburban ranch with our friendly dog Rosco, and our three rescue horses live on the back of the property behind the guest house.
The outside of our guest house is adorned with a mural by a Regional artist.
Specially picked antique furniture and custom dimmable lighting create a relaxing, homey ambiance in each room.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, with antique vanities and mirrors, and luxurious new step in travertine showers.
The split floor plan allows for maximum privacy.
The central living area includes a new gourmet kitchen with induction cooktop, double oven, dishwasher, oversized french door refrigerator with ice and water, country style porcelain sink, and microwave.
The kitchen is also equipped with dishes, glasses, wine glasses, silverware, knife set, cutting boards, and cookware.
The living area and “bedroom one” with the queen bed both look out onto the horse turnout.
Bedroom one has a queen bed and small desk, and bedroom two has a king bed and small desk.
The medium firm fiberglass-free mattresses in both bedrooms are new.
High thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, pillows, and duvets/covers are included.
Towel sets for each bathroom are included.
A brand new washer and dryer are included inside the unit.
Bills are all included, which means water electric gas and internet. The high speed Internet wireless network is fast. ** please note cable is not available.
Patio furniture is included.
Pets are considered upon receiving complete information about them. **please note there is no fenced yard.
Couples with a single young child may apply.
