Room for let close to campus

New subdivision located off Mountain Avenue in between FtLowell and Prince, just 2 and a half miles north of campus. The UofA shuttle drives up and down Mountain Avenue close to this location as well as the bike path that will take you straight to... the UofA. This is a 2 story home, shared with other students. Must be pet and LGBTQ+ friendly, there is a dog and a cat in the household. There is a total of 3 bedrooms; owners son in the primary bedroom and 2 secondary bedrooms available to rent. Willing to rent the 2 bedrooms to one student. Can rent the room furnished or unfurnished and may be sharing the bathroom, but will not share the bathroom if one student rents both bedrooms. All bedrooms are in the 2nd floor, 1st floor is an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen. Willing to provide interior pictures upon request and or video of the interior of the home.
