Room: ($750 per month): approx. 11' x 12.5'. This is the 2nd largest BEDROOM. It is completely empty (if you need a bed and desk those can be supplied at no extra cost). It has a closet and a top shelf for storage. This has twice the closet space of the other two rooms. Someone with a lot of clothing and a queen size bed will benefit from this room.

Not a good fit: -Party animals: our house is QUIET and I mean quiet after 9pm. We wake up early so this environment is not conducive to someone who enjoys loud noise at night. -Smokers, drug users, heavy drinkers. -Passive aggressive people: my roommates know if there is a problem, we discuss it as mature adults. -Messy, messy people: when finished in the kitchen, clean it.
