PLEASE NO CHILDREN OR PETS.

Inside of unfurnished room:

LEASE TERMS:
Typically 1 year lease and month to month after that (however will consider academic year and other special circumstances). Roommate agreement to be signed by all roommates as well. Security deposit equal to one month's rent. ($750).

Good fit:
- Young professionals/grad students/serious minded, mature undergrad
- Individual who can keep a clean house
- Responsible person that pays rent on time
- Peaceful, mellow person to share the house

Not a good fit:
-Party animals: our house is QUIET and I mean quiet after 9pm. We wake up early so this environment is not conducive to someone who enjoys loud noise at night.
-Smokers, drug users, heavy drinkers.
-Passive aggressive people: my roommates know if there is a problem, we discuss it as mature adults.
-Messy, messy people: when finished in the kitchen, clean it.

ABOUT The Roommates:
-Young couple who are rarely ever there and reserve a room in the house but live in Sierra Vista (military & teacher)
-PHD student at UofA

We are all quiet and respect everyone's space, things & privacy.

If you are interested please send me an email explaining who you are and your situation. Calls are welcome too. An application and interview/viewing will come after if you seem like a good fit.
