LGBT Friendly Home

LOOKING FOR A THIRD ROOMMATE!!! LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY. I’m a gay man and my roommate is a gay woman (22 years old). We’re lefties 🇵🇸 We are very chill, quiet, and clean.

One of my roommates is moving out THIS JULY (2025)

The apartment is two stories...
and your room and the other roommate’s room will be upstairs. No cigarettes inside. Weed is fine but non smoking methods are highly preferred. I have two very affectionate and adorable cats. You will have a full bathroom in your room (sink, toilet, shower, storage). We have a washer and dryer inside the apartment. We have a pool and a small gym. Not far from campus. We are directly across from a CatTran stop that goes on campus so it's extremely convenient for students, and from the apartment to the CatTran stop is less than a 60 second walk. Additionally, the public bus stop is also very close and will get you directly to campus. I am a student.

$700 rent (for now). Rent will likely increase another $50-$100 in August when the lease gets renewed. Utilities have never exceed $100 and is $75 at the least depending on everyone's usage. FIRST MONTH UTILITIES ARE WAIVED. $100 WAIVED FOR FIRST THREE MONTHS OF RENT!!!! My Snap/Insta is vonnie_stigars.
