Welcome to your charming desert-themed getaway! Our stylishly furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house is just 2.5 to 3 miles from the UA Football Stadium. The 869 sqft living space features a queen bed in the master bedroom and a bunk bed with a... full-size and twin bed in the second bedroom. The house is entirely yours with private parking, including both covered and uncovered spots, and a "Blink" Smart Security Camera connected to a phone app.

You'll love the convenience of our gas oven/range, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and the full-size washer and dryer. While there is no dishwasher, the house is meticulously cleaned and maintained by a local landlord who ensures quick repairs if needed. The house is located in the historic El Montevideo Estates district, offering easy access to Sun Tran public transportation, shopping, dining, and Randolph community activities, including a dog park, golfing, jogging, and indoor sports.

Our fenced yard and back patio are perfect for guests traveling with pets, and we are dog-friendly (sorry, no cats!). We offer high-speed internet and two televisions for your entertainment; while there is no cable, you can connect to YouTube, Netflix, HBOMax, and more with the living room TV.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and social gatherings and loud music are not allowed due to prior issues. Renter's or "Restricted Dog Breed" liability insurance is recommended but optional. The house is small, with the original structure updated, located on a corner lot near a major street, so expect some traffic noise.

While we encourage you to enjoy the space and make it your own, please limit the number of cars to no more than four and refrain from hosting parties without the host's consent.
