Each person over the age of 18 is required to fill out an online application. The required rental application on our website has all details regarding screening criteria, occupancy policies, pet policy, move-in costs, and all fees.
Each applicant group must use the Pet Screening process whether you have a pet, an ESA animal, or no animal. There is no fee for an ESA or if you do not have a pet. The Pet application fee is $20.00 per pet. Monthly fees are assessed based on the pet screening score.

Renters Insurance is required to begin occupancy and must remain in force for the term of the lease.
NO Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, or Chows are permitted in any unit or anywhere in the association.
The following CC&R's apply to the property's homeowners association. You will be agreeing to abide by them in your lease agreement and we recommend that you read them completely.
Instructions for Entering the Building to View the Property:
1. Enter through the parking garage. Use the call box at the garage entrance and dial 0405 to be buzzed in.
2. Park in guest parking.
3. Find the west elevator. Once inside the west elevator, press the button for the 5th floor.
4. Use the elevator call box. Before the elevator will take you to the 5th floor, you’ll need to use the call box inside the elevator. Dial 0405 again to be granted access.
Note: You only need to be buzzed in to go up to the 5th floor—not to come down.
