? No Indoor Smoking – Smoking is allowed outdoors at least 25 ft away from all entrances/windows.

? Wi-Fi Use – For tenants only. Passwords should not be shared with guests.
? Laundry Etiquette – Remove laundry within 30 minutes of cycle completion. Clean the lint trap each time.
