Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. ? Shared Area Cleanliness – Always clean up after using the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. ? No Indoor Smoking – Smoking is allowed outdoors at least 25 ft away from all entrances/windows. ? Pets – Not allowed unless approved. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fine. ? Wi-Fi Use – For tenants only. Passwords should not be shared with guests. ? Laundry Etiquette – Remove laundry within 30 minutes of cycle completion. Clean the lint trap each time. ? Trash & Recycling – All tenants help with trash disposal and scheduled pickup days. ? Common Areas – Must be kept clean and free of personal clutter. ?
