Stone Avenue Standard is a student only... apartment community 6 minutes from the University of Arizona campus (approximately 1 mile) and offers a fully electric shuttle bus to campus every 30 minutes with Saturday service to Trader Joe's, Target, and Fry's Grocery Store.
We are 100% student-only and lease by the individual bedroom (not by the apartment unit) and offer a stress-free roommate matching program. We're a student only community, roommates often leave here as friends for life.
Our fully-furnished apartments are designed for students in mind and include luxurious wood-vinyl floors, high ceilings, lots of windows with natural light, high-speed wifi, front-loading washers/dryers in each home, large balconies, a digital thermostat and brand new stainless steel appliances!
