Summer-start lease available for the master bed & bath of a spacious 3bd/2ba in Poet Square! Lots of natural light, covered, off-street parking, beautiful yard (walled in the back) with big patio, and bright kitchen with plenty of counter space,... microwave, toaster oven, gas stove, electric oven, large fridge, ice-maker, and built-in water filters! We also have our own washer and dryer in house, and metal clotheslines built into the patio frame.

We are very welcoming to cats and most pets beside dogs, as long as new additions can get along decently with the existing pets in the house, which as of now is 1 cat and 1 medium dog. No pet rent, just a small additional security deposit for potential pet-related damages. We'd also be a great choice for someone who likes hanging out with friendly pets but doesn't want the responsibility of taking care of their own right now!

Owner is a grad student and other roommate is her partner (also a grad student). We're looking for 1 roommate but are open to the right couple to share the space with us. We take good care of the place as our own primary home, and are not looking to exploit your need for housing! Room for rent is the master bedroom, which has its own bathroom and a walk-in closet, so you'll have plenty of your own space. All common spaces (kitchen, dining room, living room, outside) are shared. They are mostly furnished already, but we are flexible and want you to feel at home and free to add your own touches. All tenants are welcome to the extra storage space in the laundry room and outdoor shed. 8min drive and 20 minute bike ride to campus via the 3rd Street bike path! Room is available for a full lease starting July 7th, with flexibility on exact start date.

Approximate Utility Cost: $100-175 (averaged $133 over the past 12 months, peaked around June due to cooling costs, might go down if you have thermostat flexibility!) We also now utilize solar shares, which should help prevent the electricity costs from rising in the future.
