This resort-style complex features a heated pool, hot tub, clubhouse and fitness facility all located very close to the unit (2 minute walk). The complex is located within 5 minutes of the Ocotillo Golf Course which is a gorgeous course with 27 holes of championship golf rated 4 stars by Golf Digest and rated 1 of the 3 "must play" courses in the Valley by its readers. We can also extend our membership to the Ocotillo pickleball courts.
LOCATION The complex is located 20 minutes from either major airport in Phoenix in the Ocotillo area of Chandler. It is only 20 minutes from Scottsdale and 5 minutes from the Chandler Fashion Center which boasts some of the best shopping and dining options in the Valley. Premium Outlets is only 10 minutes away by car. The condo is very central to everything you wish to do and see in Phoenix. In addition, the neighborhood is home to many parks, man-made lakes, and walking/riding paths.
