The owner lives on site in the main house, and the apartment is on the side of the house with a separate entrance. The ideal tenant is someone quiet who won’t disturb the neighbors. Working from home is fine, as long as you don’t have customers or clients coming to the premises.
You would have access to the backyard, which includes a fire pit and hot tub, shared with the main house. There is ample driveway parking.
